You'll work closely with our agency owner and teams to capture real moments, create engaging content and showcase the people, culture and community that make our agency unique.

Responsibilities
- Capture photos and videos of daily office life, customer experiences, community events, and team activities.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social platforms.
- Create graphics, captions, and social media content aligned with our brand voice.
- Work with Agency Owner to plan and organize weekly content.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that increase engagement and community awareness.
- Assist with community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Help maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing platforms.
- Stay informed on current social media trends while protecting the professionalism of the State Farm brand.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media.
- Comfortable using an iPhone and basic editing software.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation for local events.
- Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- Photography and video editing experience preferred but not required.
